In the middle of a working ranch with operating vineyards, it is a unique get-away: secluded, peaceful, quiet, and dark. You'll think you can touch the stars on clear nights! The best part? Its only 10 minutes to the center of Fredericksburg and moments to both Luckenbach and the Texas Wine Trail. The location is perfect to savor the beauty of the Texas Wine Country.
The space
Grapeseed is a cozy RV we have updated with special amenities. Guests will enjoy the outdoor setting with games (cornhole, klub, cards...) and Adirondack chairs to view the sunsets or gaze at the stars. The full kitchen includes a propane stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and dishes. TV with HDMI cable, bluetooth speaker and wifi keep you connected. We provide all linens and starter supplies.

Summary: Absolutely loved this property and everything this location has to offer, we were secluded but also minutes from town it was pretty amazing no matter the time of day. Cant wait to be back, Lisa was very inviting ans welcoming ☺️ 😊 *keep in mind this is off dirt roads.
