Conveniently located in South Leigh Creek Ranch subdivision in the four-peak view corridor of Teton Valley, Idaho, this home is 5 miles north of downtown Driggs and just over an hour from Idaho Falls. Tetonia has the unique situation of being on the northern side of the Teton Valley which allows for the most sunny days in the valley.

Guest access to the mudroom (entry), garage and upstairs door are via keypads and provided by the host. One garage stall is available for use by guests and can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. It also has an 50amp EV charger outlet (EV charger NOT included — you have to bring your own compatible charger. Please refer to the photos section for the exact plug configuration and compatibility).
This unit is a fully equipped and private listing that has direct views of the Big Hole Mountains to the west and the greater Teton Valley to the south.
To maximize comfort, the unit enjoys in-floor radiant heat for the cooler months and mini-split air conditioning for the summer — air conditioning is still a rarity in Teton Valley but the Grand Teton Painted Pony Loft will keep you cool.
