Summary: Full of sargasso, and front-desk people flat lied saying they cleaned it every day. Outdated (30+ years). Not customer focused. Turning on a ceiling fan at the bar took over 30 minutes and several requests from me. Food quality was mediocre at best. Platinum is oversold. Half the hotel is closed "for remodeling". Mariachi show was lame. Membership is pushed on every opportunity. I would not come back even if it were free.
