The Space:
Located on one of the most beautiful and unique areas of Orange Beach, Grand Pointe borders Perdido Pass to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the south. This gives owners and guests access to so much more than your typical gulf front condo development! Every morning you will watch dolphins play and fishing boats make their way into the gulf as the sun rises over the turquoise waters of Alabama Point. The boardwalk off the pool leads you to the shimmering white shores of the Gulf of Mexico!
Unit 301 is a luxurious, spacious, third floor, end unit. This three bedroom, three bath unit has been professionally decorated. The kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counters. The unit has a wet bar with a stand-alone ice maker, dining table with seating for six, and Wi-Fi. The master bedroom features water views, balcony access, and a king bed. The master bath features double vanity and large tile walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed with a queen bed in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have a private bathroom and flat-screen TV's. Making use of the sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit will comfortably sleep 8.
Grand Pointe has a heated indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, BBQ grill area, and easy elevator access to the unit.
