Summary: The air-conditioning - specially selected, though it turned out yo be a stand-alone unit - was broken in one bedroom. We were told it could not be fixed or replaced. Also, there was a mouse in another bedroom that managed to get into one of our backpacks and chew through a sealed wrapper to nobble on a protein bar. The staff were nice and apologetic, but the hot weather and broken a/c plus mouse made for an uncomfortable stay.
