Positive: Staff was helpful and informative. Also enjoyed the convenience to Legoland and children centered amenities.
Negative: Felt the 10am checkout was early given that we were having breakfast in the hotel. Unfortunately our food took a long time in getting to us and I had to ask the front desk if we could have a check out extension so that we could grab our things after we ate. I was given a 30 minute extension.
Summary: The location was great, the kids enjoyed the amenities and the check in staff (Joy) was kind, informative and super help
