This cozy home is nestled in the heart of The Coves at Bird Island in Duck Creek on Grand Lake. The house sits on a gentle, gradual sloping water front lot with incredible views of Duck Creek. With access to The Coves pool, tennis courts, basketball court and the golf course, cost to play is not included, this home has plenty of amenities and activities for any age. You are just a golf cart ride away from Cherokee Yacht Club and Bar. The deck on the back of the house is huge, including a stainless steel grill, cooler, table and patio furniture. The back yard is over .75 acres of great space for kids to play. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a separate master bath with a king bed and a big screen tv on the wall. The living room and all 3 bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows with great views of the lake.
