Positive: Location is excellent, and the property is quite new so bathroom is better than any accomodation ive been in India so far.
Negative: The walls seems to be thin in this building because EVERY DAY there is loud noises especially at odd hours when you are trying to sleep, its really annoying. A bunch of guys, every night will come and talk loudly in the corridor and would disturb the whole floor. If there is check in or whatever early morning around 4am you will hear those people talking loudly not caring about others, its honestly like a market place. On the second night the ac started leaking, and unfortunately one of our luggage was open underneath and it leaked inside. The leakage started 7 minutes to midnight, I kept calling the reception, no response, then I had to message the property and inform them so we could sort out in the morning as my husband was sleeping. They sent someone still, but I told them we would resolve in the morning. We asked for a room change, reception asked if we were ready, we said give us an hour. An hour passed and nothing, I called and gave them a reminder. They said they were coming but still did not come. I believe after the third call and me being very rude they sent a lady named Kavitha, she said they are coming in 2 minutes… needless to say more than 2 minutes passed, we had to climb up and down the stairs, to find them on level 3 where we were moving. We were very frustrated, and told them our concern. The service is very bad. Generally, I think its just the mentality of the nation, they will make you wait the longest for a service, but for their people they will do anything. I requested some green tea after the room change as there were none in our amenities and I never got it 😂 My husband had to take it from the housekeepers trolley in the hall. Last night there, same issue, arguments in the hall, complete disturbance.
Summary: Nice hotel but I will not stay there again, you wont be able to rest at all
