Our condo offers an exceptional value in Wailea, Maui's finest planned community. Our two-bedroom condo has been updated with thoughtful, personal touches including original artwork, and our view is one of the best in the complex. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the lanai with a stunning view that begins at the second green of the Blue Golf Course and continues all the way down to the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
Unlike many condos on Maui that offer a second bedroom in an upstairs loft, our entire condo is on one level with one easy curb step-up from the parking lot. No hauling groceries, golf clubs, beach gear, or kids up and down the stairs. Each bedroom has its own door and en suite bathroom for maximum privacy. Our split A/C system delivers cold air to each bedroom and the living room area.
We accept reservations for six adults, or up to seven people provided that no more than five of them are adults. We charge an extra $20 per night for a seventh person in our condo.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a new mattress and a double shower in the en suite bathroom. The toilet closes off for privacy. The shower is huge!
The second bedroom offers both a queen-sized bed and a twin bed, to sleep a second couple or three children. It has its own ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping. We also have a folding floor mattress, about 4" thick, that can easily accommodate a child or even a teenager.
Our condo is not "just" a vacation rental; it is our second home, and we have decorated and stocked it accordingly. You'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with Cuisinart counter appliances and a full stove and oven. We even have a coffee grinder for the best possible coffee on the lanai as you watch the sun come up over the island. Every gadget and appliance you could possibly want is waiting for you: wine glasses, wine bottle opener, steak knives, lovely dishes and silverware, more pots and pans than you will ever use. We do our best to keep our condo stocked with an assortment of spices in addition to salt and pepper. You'll also find the zip-top bags, foil, plastic wrap and leftover containers that you use at home, for a true home-away-from-home kitchen.
Also waiting for you are high-count 100% cotton sheets, plush beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella and beach toys, free wi-fi and Netflix, and air conditioning for those rare days when Maui's famous tropical breezes take a break.
Wailea is the perfect base from which to explore all Maui has to offer. Fabulous beaches are a two-minute drive away. Walk to first-class dining and shopping. Tennis and golf are steps away. Grand Champions offers two swimming pools, communal hot tubs, BBQs, beautiful landscaping, and free assigned parking, all in a low-rise complex that feels warm, welcoming and secure. We can't wait to share our Maui home with you!
