The two bedrooms, both with double bed and one with an extra sofa- bed, look the nice and silent side canal Rio del Duca; two elegant bathrooms decorated with glass Venetian mosaic, an equipped kitchen with view on a little garden and a charming, finely decorated living room with two windows on the Grand Canal and a wide view which goes from the Accademia Bridge to Palazzo Rezzonico.
The access to the apartment is trough the monumental entrance of Palazzo Falier, one of the most beautiful and well conserved Venetian private palazzo; from there you may arrive in Campo Santo Stefano in 1 minutes, or Palazzo Grassi Museum - Pinault Foundation, Accademia Galleries, Palazzo Franchetti, Palazzo Pisani Music Conservatory of Venice, Santo Stefano Church, the Fenice Opera House ... and of course San Marco Square, all in few minutes walking out of the Palazzo.
The Santo Stefano district is the nicest and most elegant area of Venice; nice restaurants and bars, or the old baccaro and trattoria;, antiques and modern design shops, or the best of Venetian artisans atelier; everything is just around the corner.
