THE PROPERTY Master Bedroom: King Bed Hallway: Built-In Twin Bunk Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa Enjoy fresh paint, new floors, and coastal cottage style furnishings in this inviting 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Second Floor condo. The open living area boasts a HDTV, comfortable living room furniture, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. As you enter the condo, the master bedroom is directly on your right with a king bed. Continue through the hallway and you will find a set of twin built-in bunks on your left and the bathroom on your right. The dining area has a 3 person round table for eating and games. Watch TV on the HDTV while sitting on the Queen sleeper sofa or one of two sitting chairs. Just off the living room is the door to the balcony where you will find direct views of the sea oats, sand dunes, and the Gulf of Mexico.
