Positive: Spacious apartment with open view, good location close to the train station and shops, owner responds are quick
Negative: No air-con nor washing machine available in the apartment, where their availabilities were stated clearly in the descriptions. We have chosen to rent this apartment because of these stated facilities, due to the hot weather and traveling with young children. Although the owner has agreed that we could found other places, but that's after we'd check-in, and hence impossible to move elsewhere in such a hurry especially with kids. Also there was construction work going on with the outer wall, construction noises started at around 7:00 in the morning! We should be informed of all these inconveniences when we make the booking, so that we could make other arrangements well before!
