Positive: The property was beautiful the location was beautiful this could have been the perfect vacation but I was incredibly let down with our host the water shut off and the air for over 12hrs did nothing to try and help us out my wife had to call and get it fixed herself this happened twice I’m very disappointed as a host it’s your job to make sure my stay is as good as possible I work all year to spend my money on a pleasant experience with my family in the future you should do a better job at taking care of your tenants
