Positive: The location is perfect, close to the Maspalomas dunes, easily accessible, there are many shops, restaurants and clubs nearby, aside form a small parking spot within the property, there is a public parking available, the pool is really a cool feature (cool literally in February, but still fun ;), the garden is comfy and provides for full privacy, the place is quiet, there is a big smart TV and AC. Plus, there are two bathrooms. The staff was very communicative and helpful!
Negative: The kitchen is very small and lacks a dishwasher and many other appliances. Still, it is usable and serves its role. The bathrooms are also small and have boilers, hence the hot water tends to end quickly ;)
