Your reservation guarantees the private use of our entire home, a space designed for the comfort and safety of your family and friends. Your guests are welcome! Our house has all the amenities to make you feel at home.
The keys will be handed over in person, within the check-in time, between 14h and 17h. On the day of your arrival, around 1pm, we will send you important information. We ask that you have access to Wi-Fi internet to receive it. If you need a different time, please let us know in advance. This residential villa is a well-kept, safe and cozy secret; ideal to relax and make the most of your stay in Ipanema.
Our team is available to help 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm!

EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES:
Our house has 4 comfortable rooms, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, quality bedding and bath, full kitchen with utensils, refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. For your comfort, we also offer TV, iron and hairdryer.
We have a parking space within the villa for your convenience.
For families with babies, we lend 1 portable crib and a baby car seat (request in advance or pick up at our store).
Every 7 days, we carry out the complete change of bed linen and bath (request with 1 day in advance).
CHECKIN & CHECKOUT
The check-in is done face to face, the delivery of the key is made on site within the chekin time, between 2PM until 5PM. On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send the information. It is important that you have Wi-fi to receive them. If you need a different time, please let us know as soon as possible. We love to help!
All guests need to be identified, for local security and our company, so when it is 2 days before your arrival, we will reinforce the request of photo documents. Don’t worry, your data is protected by LGPD.
Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the appliances and close the door before leaving. Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family.
