Grammies Playhouse is a four-bedroom, three-bath beach house located 0.5 miles south of the Garden City Pier, and a short walk (two minutes) to the beach. This home features a fully-equipped open and modern kitchen complete with all black appliances including microwave and dishwasher, granite counters, and spacious cabinets. Other amenities include washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, high chair and pack ‘n play. Five color TVs (cable), five DVD players, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, two queen-sized beds, two twin-over-twin bunk bed sets, plus two sofa beds. The master bathroom has a whirlpool tub and a separate shower. The outdoor living space features a private saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, ocean view covered porch and inlet view sundeck, stationary charcoal grill, shower, and beach access within walking distance.
