Graces View ‘room with a view’ soaks in the stunning views of the Huon River and Hartz Mountains, the perfect place to relax and unwind. The private studio accommodation is stylishly and comfortably furnished with luxury touches. Graces View is also the ideal base to explore the delights of Huon Valley, only a 45 minute scenic drive from Hobart. Close to Cygnet cafes and shops, plus galleries, restaurants, markets, Fat Pig Farm, wineries, and the natural wonders of Bruny Island and Tahune Forest. Breakfast provisions included. Graces View is only a few klms away from Fat Pig Farm, for their delightful Friday Feasts or Cooking Classes. Cygnet is only 10klms away if you require any food or drink supplies. Cygnet also has a Post Office, ATMs, Pubs, Bottle Shop, Service Stations, Eateries (with great coffee), Laundromat and Shopping. THE SPACE The cosy private studio room is attached to the main house and has its own entrance and a private balcony taking in the breathtaking views of the Huon River and mountain ranges. Stay warm and cosy in winter, or cool in the summer with an effective air-conditioner for your comfort. Breakfast provisions are provided to help you start your day exploring the region. Coffee, tea, milk and fruit are also provided. Let me know of any dietary requirements before your arrival. The kitchenette is equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, electric frypan, crockery and cutlery. Please note: The studio room does not have an oven or cooktop. TV and Netflix available (for those cosy nights in) as well as free wifi. The Studio room has one luxury queen size bed plus an ensuite bathroom/toilet. GUEST ACCESS Car access to the front door. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We work from home, and I have a ceramic studio on the property. We respect your privacy and are happy to be available at your request. GETTING AROUND Having your own vehicle is the best way to get around and explore the region.
