Villa Benvingut is an attractive, independent villa set within extensive private gardens, beautifully kept and designed, perfect for outdoor living under the Mallorcan sun. Built in local stone, it is conveniently located close to Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, and offers welcoming interiors finished with taste and style. A truly special property in a special location!
Inside, this 3-bedroomed villa is set over one floor. The fully fitted kitchen (particularly well equipped) has large patio doors leading out to the covered side terrace as well as a further door opening onto the covered front porch. A hallway leads to the master double bedroom, complete with stylish wrought iron bed and en-suite shower room. This bedroom also enjoys direct access to the swimming pool area. The same hallway also leads to a pretty twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and to a further twin bedroom + a separate family shower room.
The swimming pool of Benvingut is a true delight: it is well known among regular guests for its unique shape and wide Roman steps allowing easy access (please note that there is a drop between shallow and deep end of the pool). In addition to the gardens (enclosed, beautifully planted withshrubs and local flowers), there are open and covered terraces with billiard table, with barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining and chilling out when the sun goes down.
