This splendid maisonette is an excellent choice for groups of friends on holiday, families, as well as those on business trips.
I am delighted to offer this bright, newly refurbished four-bedroom maisonette, situated in a South Norwood near Selhurst Park Stadium.
The fully-furnished apartment has recently undergone a complete renovation to provide top-notch living accommodation.
The beautifully decorated living room is a stunning space, complete with a comfortable sofa, TV zone with 58" Smart TV, and a beautiful artificial fireplace.
There is Virgin media Maxit TV package including BT Sports as well as M350 Fibre broadband.
The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen features all the modern appliances you need to cook a delectable meal. This is perfect for exploring different cuisines or even making your classic favorites.
There are four bright and airy bedrooms with ample storage space: three with king-size beds and one with a double bed. All of the beds are dressed with fresh, hotel-quality linens.
Master's bedroom is equipped with a sofa, table and chair which can be used as a dedicated workspace.
The main bathroom boasts a bathtub with shower, fluffy towels, and toiletries to help you relax and rejuvenate at the end of the day.
There is a second separated bathroom with toilet and sink for your comfort.
The home will be professionally cleaned and set up to immaculate hotel standards before your arrival. We are committed to making your stay perfect and you will have complete access to the property. Please treat it with the same respect as you would your own home, we know you will.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £50.
-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you will be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
