Aptly named, "Sea la Vie" means "Sea Life" or Life at the Beach.Come make lifetime of memories. This beautifully modern new construction villa boasts stunning water views, heated pool, and all the comforts of a home- that will leave you living in the lap of luxury throughout your SWFL vacation. This is a 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom (with pool access and an outdoor kitchen) villa boasts just over 2131 sq ft of tasteful furnishings and grand sliding glass doors. Within 5 miles, you will find everything you need from grocery stores, coffee shops, parks with a splash pad, and one of the main bridges to take you to Fort Myers.
Tinted front doors lead into the large living area overlooking the large and modern waterfall island and kitchen area with stainless steel appliances. This home features 12ft coffer ceilings in the living area and 9.4ft ceilings in all the other rooms in the home. Guests will be immersed in luxury with all the elegant interiors, open floor plan, high ceilings, glass doors in living, kitchen & master bedroom. The living room features a Smart TV big sliding doors on either side and flows into the elegant kitchen and dining area. The large quartz island with overflowing edges invites guests to cook the perfect vacation meal. Guests will find everything they need in the kitchen such as coffee maker, toaster, utensils, and knives.
The master bedroom has a separate sliding door with direct access to the lanai, Smart TV, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. This luxurious bathroom features a grandstand alone tub, double sinks, massive walk-in shower and water closet. In the other bedrooms, guests will find a queen size bed and two single beds with Smart Tvs. Guests will find an office with a desk by the living room and a modern contemporary daybed with Roll-out twin size trundle bed. The Day bed can be a sitting area in the morning and turns into two cozy twin beds.
Once outside, guests will find a covered lanai with outdoor furniture perfect for dining. There is a large kitchen with a built-in grill station and built-in fridge to keep your beer or wines cool. The large and spacious heated pool is perfect for doing laps or floating around or just having the two lounge chairs in the pool to relax and soak up the sun. Down by the canal, guests can drop your line into the fresh water canal to snag some wide mouth Bass. Using the pool heater has an extra charge of $35 per day and will be assessed after the stay based on usage.
