Luxury waterfront cottage in PEC, this island oasis offers soaring ceilings, sun-drenched rooms and a relaxed beachy vibe. Located on coveted Sheba's Island (accessible by car), the cottage is 5 mins by car or boat to the famous dunes of Sandbanks. With 6 bedrooms, 3 family rooms and a huge deck there is space for everyone to stretch out and relax. Send the kids to wakeboarding lessons for the day, rent seadoos or a pontoon boat right on the island. This cottage is a boater's paradise. Note: capacity is 12 adults, however there is additional room for children (10 years and under). The cottage is 3000 square feet of finished space spread out over two floors, each with multiple walkouts to the waterfront. Two bedrooms are located on the upper level, and 4 are located on the lower level. There is a full washroom located on each floor. Connected to the mainland by a short causeway, Sheba’s Island is not technically an island. Approx 1.7 kilometres long and 250 metres wide, Sheba’s Island sports a mix of waterfront cottages overlooking sun-drenched West Lake. Known for its spectacular sunsets, Sheba’s Island is the perfect spot for boaters, swimmers or those looking to be within a short drive of Sandbanks beaches. Families with school-age children and teenagers are within walking distance of day camps at West Lake Wake Boarding or West Lake Willy’s Waterpark. Take a longer stroll across the causeway to enjoy a drink on the patio at Isaiah Tubbs with views of the spectacular sand dunes of Dunes beach. It is 5 minutes by car to Dunes beach and less than 10 minutes to Outlet Beach. 10 minutes to Bloomfield and 15 minutes to Picton. Walk, boat, canoe or Seadoo to explore the area.
