The house features a split floor plan with cathedral ceilings and fans in every room. The fully equipped kitchen has up graded granite counter tops, modern stainless steel appliances, a dining table with seating for 6 - everything you need! There's even a full size fridge in the garage for those extras when entertaining!
There are 3 flat screen TV's with basic cable and WiFi included. Free Netflix so that you can watch your favourite shows on the comfy leather reclining sofas in the great room or in front of the cozy fire place in the family room.

Amongst other attractions in Maricopa is the Copper Sky recreation center featuring state of the art fitness facillities, an aquatic center, walking track and even a fishing lake.
