It would be best to say; this listing is most ideal for 6 adults since there is just the one bathroom, other-wise we would have offered a sleeper sofa to sleep 2 more adults.
We have fitted the space for remote workers/travelers. It boasts GIG SPEED GoogFiber internet with a mesh network! There's a dedicated work space. There are some light exercise things provide (some free weights and yoga mats, nothing too fancy).
The large dining area is a great place to have a meal and the kitchen is spot on! It has quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, dish washer pretty backsplash and more!
We have a smart tv with streaming only.
The photos will help you see how wonderful this place is, but staying in it will make you glad you came and will encourage you to add it to your favorites list so you can come back each time you are in SLC!

This is the entire upstairs of a brick bungalow which has just gone through a complete remodel! *You do not share the space with anyone else. There is a mother-in-law basement apartment below you. Like an apartment/hotel/condo etc. you may be able to hear them and they you from time to time so please be aware of that and be mindful and respectful. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
You also get the garage with garage code!
Other things to note
As mentioned earlier, there is a mother-in-law basement apartment as well, which is a separate listing. It is crucial that you be aware of that, and respectful of noise and quiet hours.
The Living-room fireplace is for looks only and cannot be used.
HOUSE RULES:
1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING.
2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 8 guests in or this listing or on the property at any time, violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You also agree to pay for the "additional guest fee" associated with your reservation if applicable (just because it can sleep up to 8 doesn’t mean its all included in the nightly rate. You understand that the listing has 1 Loft “bedroom” area with a king bed and a full bed, and there is a futon in the living area not he main level can be used as a sleeper for one more adult. You agree to pay a fee of $50 per person/per night for any person you bring into the property that was not included in your booking reservation. Any alteration which shortens the duration or guest count after your initial booking may be subject to a fee 50% of the daily rate for this alteration. True, up to 8 may be allowed in the unit, but the rate you pay may be higher depending on the guest count so any alteration may alter the rate (see “additional prices” on our listing)
3) This is a self checkin property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by Airbnb through the house manual or checkin guide. You can find our house manual and checkin guide here on the airbnb platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your airbnb host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.
4) Fee's: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized as our housekeeper charges us in such a case. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking of the rules set forth.
5) OWNERS AND HOUSEKEEPER ARE VERY ALLERGIC TO ANIMAL DANDER… You authorize a $100/day pet fee if you bring a dog or cat without authorization. If you have a service animal we are 100% compliant on these laws but you are still asked to inform us AHEAD OF TIME OR IT WILL NATURALLY BE ASSUMED IT IS A PET, that one will be coming and you are still responsible for all cleaning and/or damage to occurs as a result of the animal.
5) Quiet Hours are after 10pm-8am. Please be aware that you are above a basement lower unit, and you may hear them citing your stay, similar to a hotel, condo or apartment and they can likely all hear you the same. Please be mindful of others.
6)If there are any signs of illegal drugs or smoking you will pay a minimum fee of $200 or more as decided by your host AND you will be required to vacate without refund.
7) WE DO HAVE, AND DO MONITOR OUR EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA in front and in back SO PLEASE PLAY BY THE RULES :) It is a camera which is motion activated and can record video and audio.
