Beautiful 3 bdrm 3 story townhome at Eagles Nest, where the views are the best in Crested Butte! 2 private decks, hottub, sauna. This is a wonderful townhome on the public busroute to the slopes or within walking distance to the ski lift. The shuttle stop is just in front and goes strait to the base. Walking takes about 10 minutes. In winter please use a 4 wheel drive!! The driveway is a bit steep, and tho it is plowed regularly, sometimes the snow comes down in buckets! 2 cars permitted: private garage for one car, plus parking for 1 car in front - no trailers.
1,191 square feet! King in master bdrm, queen bed plus a single pullout in the second bdrm, and a queen in 3rd bdrm. All new and high end. Queen pullout in living room. Sleeps 7 comfortably.
One car garage and space for one other car in the lot in front. All amenities - washer, dryer, fully equipped large kitchen, dining area, free fast wifi, large flatscreen tv in living room with cable and... amazing views! Bus to ski slopes stops right nearby - you can walk over overpass. Watch TV and enjoy the views at the same time!
This townhome is about privacy, space, views in all direction, and quiet. You are up on the mountain with a real birds' eye view of the whole valley, with no busy streets anywhere close. The jacuzzi is at the entrance end of the complex. Really an experience.
For the Bus Schedule google the “columbine” bus route for mt crested butte – the free shuttle! Takes you strait to the base area. From there you can go to the town of Crested Butte as well.
