You will enjoy a brand new fully redone master shower, new master and guest bedroom furniture, & new modern coastal designed dining room table with 6 slip covered chairs. Newly painted as well. The Crescent is one of the most sought after properties in the area. Very private with security gates on entering/exiting the property as well as to and from the beach and pool. We have on site security as well during peak season. Entrance to pool, beach and gym gates on property are by newly enhanced security RFID bands The awesome views will make you want to stay here time and again. Overlooking the pool area consisting of 2 pools, {one a large lagoon pool}, a hot tub, as well as the Gulf of Mexico, you can stare out into the blue/green Gulf of Mexico sipping a morning coffee or a nice glass of wine relaxing. This is your vacation as well as your family's. Watch your children frolicking in the pools all the while enjoying the sunset as the condo faces due west yet has a remarkable view looking south. Great comfortable floor plan. New queen sofa sleeper/love seat in 2023. Floors upgraded to a beautiful color coordinated LVP blending in with the newly painted walls, of a "Sea Salt" color. Full kitchen, new stack washer/dryer. Sliding glass balcony doors in master bedroom and 2 in living room. On balcony is a comfortable lounger and 4 high top seats and high top table. Eat all your meals outside on the balcony enjoying the great views.
There is a beautiful newly installed garden tub in the master bathroom surrounded by freshly upgraded tile. Bath your kid(s) or your spouse in it. There is bubble bath available as well. Certainly removing the old school jacuzzi jetted tub put in in 1997 will be appreciated by any guest. Relax after a long day of travel or the beach, sip some wine, listen to music, soak in a refreshing salt bath or bubble bath when the kids go to sleep. Your significant other will gladly refill your glass of Pinot Noir as he brings you a tapas plate of grapes, strawberries (maybe chocolate covered), cheese & crackers, and caviar. He may even turn on the tub side candles. Who knows you may be able to rekindle the glory of your honeymoon as you soak in the bubbles.

TV's in each bedroom and living room. Tiled showers as well. Close to elevator. Elevator waits are never an issue.

Family friendly, close drive to Sandestin/Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Many restaurants within 10 minute drive. Surf Hut restaurant is next door. Wide beach. Has business office if needed. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Fully updated kitchen all stainless steel. Winn Dixie close by for groceries. Short drive to Flemings/Tommy Bahamas/Movie Theatre/PF Changs/Emeril's and Vintj' restaurant. Three elevators for this 61 unit complex, one is 2 doors down from my unit and close to stairwell. Includes beach service of 2 chairs and umbrella. Additional rentals of beach chairs as well. Short drive to Whole Foods and other excellent shopping areas.
