The third bedroom is set up as a dual purpose, spacious office with large desk, high end desk chair, hdmi monitor, usb keyboard/mouse and a laser printer/scanner. This room/office also features a twin size sofa/daybed. Just off the kitchen is the large cozy living room with two full size sofas and a massive 85 inch smart TV. Enjoy the extras! a bonus room with billiard table and steel tip dart board, and a sprawling, covered back patio with full size dining table and plenty of comfy seating to enjoy the mature trees swaying in the breeze and the many species of birds flying overhead.
