About this space
Our newest 3 bed/2.5 bath property is tucked away on South Mountain and is just 20 minutes from Downtown Phoenix/Tempe. The house is fully stocked with the necessities, including a washer/ dryer, two outdoor patios, and a large two-car garage. The resort-style amenities of the complex include a beautiful pool, hot tub, gym, and ping pong. You are minutes away from excellent hiking and walking trails.
The space
Community Amenities- Full gym, beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi with a view of the mountain, grilling area, picnic area, ping pong, sand volleyball, etc.
Living Room features two (2) accent chairs, sofa, and smart TV programmed with Peacock and Paramount
Our 3 Bedrooms:

King Bed with beautiful En-Suite Bathroom, Memory Foam Mattress, Bamboo Sheets, Dual nighstands, remote-controlled ceiling fan-light, luggage rack, and a large walking closet.
The walk-in closet contains an air mattress for extra sleep area.
2nd Bedroom-
Queen Bed, Closet, Memory Foam Mattress, Bamboo Sheets, ceiling fan, and nighstand with lamp, and luggage rack.
3rd Bedroom-
Full size bed, Memory Foam Mattresses, bamboo Sheets, ceiling fan, luggage rack, and closet.
2 Full bathrooms with upscale finishes:
-1 with jacuzzi bathtub and luxe shower

Summary: We arrived to Arizona several hours before check-in, the owners had no problem with us checking into the house early. Check-in was simple, owner just provided a front door code. House is a beautiful rambler with tall ceilings throughout the entire house, which made it feel even more open and spacious. The Master Bedroom is huge, well laid out and luxurious. We took advantage of the neighborhood pool and hot tub on several occasions during our stay. All neighbors and residents were very friendly. The neighborhood is beautiful and nestled up against South Mountain. We utilized the garage for extra parking. It was a great stay.
