West Coast style cedar home is centrally located within walking distance of Shawnigan Village.
Have fun filled days swimming/fishing on the private dock, walking on the trail that connects the parks and relaxing in the hot tub.
Vaulted ceilings and open concept make the house feel spacious, while the large windows overlooking the lake and skylights to brighten the rooms. West coast cedar throughout, and a free standing propane fireplace adds to the cabin appeal. Two decks (the lower with a hot tub) are perfect outside spaces for relaxing and taking in the beauty.
A 75-meter trail leads down to the lake and my private dock.
One bedroom has 2 bunk beds that are double beds on the bottom and twins on the top.
The living room has a super cute and cozy daybed under the staircase.
My house is my principal residence and meets the qualifying criteria for both a B&B and Bill 35. You can have confidence it won't be shut down and doesn't take away from the full time rental market!
