Beautiful and comfortable condo in a lovely beachside community located on the no drive section of New Smyrna Beach. The leather sectional sofa in the living room is very roomy and comfortable.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with TempurPedic mattress topper and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks.
The second bedroom has a king size bed with TempurPedic mattress topper and an ensuite bathroom.
There are three large HDTV flat screen televisions with DVR in the living room, a full size washer and dryer and high speed WiFi. The kitchen is updated with brand new appliances and has everything you need to cook meals.
This unit is conveniently located on the first floor. The large screened porch has a comfortable patio furniture. You can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails in comfort. Parking is only steps away from both doors. The unit is located right next to the heated pool with fitness center and sauna. Sea Woods also has tennis, racquetball, pickle ball and shuffleboard courts. There are three pools and gorgeous shaded walking trails throughout the community.
We are just a short walk to the beach! Our condo has everything you will need to enjoy your vacation including beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and beach umbrellas.
