This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1,732 Sq ft Home has recently been completely gutted and transformed into a GORGEOUS vacation home on the GOLF COURSE. Located on the 1st Fairway of Coyote Run! Open & Spacious with Amazing Views from the moment you walk in the front door with views to the golf course. The outdoor living area has been made into a perfect refuge because YOU deserve only the best. If you are indoor or outdoors, you can enjoy all the creature comforts that you richly deserve. Beautiful high end furnishings were chosen with you in mind. King size bedroom suites, three separate dining spaces are in the dining room, kitchen and outdoor patio. We also put in the most comfortable outdoor furniture, which are four overstuffed chairs that you'll swear are only meant for the indoors. You'll have a barbecue grill and a high-end outdoor dining room table that seats six, that you can rock on while enjoying your company and surrounding views. Views include not only the golf course, but views of the Superstition mountains. Family room is open to the kitchen with large flat screen tv (internet and cable included) A large flat screen television for your viewing pleasure and with dvd player and movies.. The kitchen is supplied with everything you'll need to make delicious meals. If you don't care to cook, there are many great restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping just a few minute drive away. There is also a secondary sitting area with over sized furniture and a dining room table with seating for six. Laundry room including washer and dryer and a 2 car garage. You'll be privy to not only the rolling hills of the golf course, but the mountains as your backdrop. At R & R's Nest, we strive to make our vacation home, your HAPPY place. Master & 2nd Bedroom BOTH have king size beds, dresser, two end tables and flat screen televisions with huge walk in closets in each room. Yes, we have basic cable and also WiFi. Master bdrm opens to Back Patio and Golf Course Views! A very short walk to Recreation center with heated pool and jacuzzi and activity center and pro golf shop to rent a golf cart if you wish. All tenants must purchase insurance against damage, but in the summer months being May through September there is also a security deposit of $250 to cover any outstanding electric bill over $100.00 per month. Landlord will pay up to $100 per month toward the electric bill. We do this as there have been people in the past that have set air conditioning thermostat at unreasonable temperatures. All this in the Premiere Active Adult Community of Leisure World with 36 holes of private golf, new tennis complex, pickle ball, swimming pools, library, state of the art fitness center, theater, arts and crafts, billiard room, and much more! Banner hospital just across the street from the resort, just in case. If you're looking for a great place to stay, you've found it!!! Taxes are included in the price. Must have rental insurance (see fees) and a $200 cleaning fee that will be added to the rates. Rental periods are for 30 days or more. Check in to the property is between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m ONLY. May be able to rent to someone with one dog only. Subject to breed approval. $250 for having the animal on the premises. In the premium months of January, February and March, we can only accommodate you for a minimum of a full calendar month example would be January 1 through January 31, February 1 through February 28, March 1 through March 31. If you would like to book For more than one month at a time, you could do this as long as it is a full calendar month.
