Summary: I stayed here with family for the weekend to attend Comic Con, as well as checkout some local breweries. This place was well worth thenprice first of all. There is 2 parking spots on the side, but plenty of street parking as well. I had some minor issues when I first arrived with the lock and thermostat, so I emailed the owner and he replied right away with detailed instructions. Issues were resolved, and the rest of our stay was amazing. There was a washer/dryer for to use prior to leaving. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in the area
