This 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms sleeps 4 and features central a/c, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and includes free WiFi and Cable TV and a gas BBQ Grill.
This community is ideally situated just a 6-7 minute walk to several beach accesses, shopping & numerous dining options in the heart of the fun and safe tourist/ expat town of Punta Cana, called El Cortecito. Great proximity with the Punta Cana International Airport 22 minute drive, San Juan Super mall, 16 minute drive, 9 championship golf courses just 4 - 35 minute drive away. Palma Real Mall just a 4 minute drive away. Sidewalks are now in, so ease in walking is possible nearly everywhere.
By car – just a 4 to 35 minute drive to the Punta Cana International airport; large and modern shopping malls and plazas offering supermarkets, international brand name shops, IMAX theatres, 9 championship golf courses, hospitals and clinics, ocean parks, water parks & much more! The rental car company is directly next door to our property management office.

Summary: Nice resort but the listing was a bit misleading. Unit was pretty dated and needs some upgrades . Over all we enjoyed the property and location was great, close to the beach and restaurants.
