Lovely mountain estate on 32 acres of private land and protected forest, adjacent to Rocky Mountain National Park and Roosevelt National Forest. Upscale accommodations, private, discreet, stunning views, summer indoor/outdoor living space, custom European design, vaulted ceilings, peaceful solitude. We named our home 'La Casa de la Luz,' the house of light, as it features 50 windows that open to expansive mountain views. Remote and private location, yet 20 minutes from resort activities. Each luxury suite includes a private jacuzzi spa tub, bathroom suite and shower, writing desk and/or reading nook, and a western art collection. We have a large library (hundreds of books available)/sitting area upstairs with amazing views and outdoor patio. Our home has a fabulous chef's kitchen that opens to a dining table for 12 with additional seating available. Private spa services may be arranged on site, and catering is available upon request. This is the perfect getaway for up to six couples, a wonderful place for family reunions, and a perfect venue for an intimate wedding (up to 24 people total) with a minister available at nearby log-cabin church.
