Summary: Nothing special. Changed out the smoke detectors when we were there and one of the new ones was defective so alarm went off about every 20 minutes for hours until we found the defective one and removed it. Called owner and told me they could not be out until the next morning. On 3/23, found eviction notice for entire building on front door and 3 days to vacate when our check out was 3/28. Moved into different VRBO. offered 100 refund for inconvenience. Big woop!
