Beautiful lakefront property with gorgeous lake views from the kitchen, living room, & master bedroom. A fabulous boutique condo development with its own private beach, outdoor saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, gym, & bike room. There is a private mooring buoy for the unit & a dock for loading. The suite is spacious & modern with high ceilings and a chef's kitchen with gas stove & wine fridge.
The suite is on the top floor so very quiet with expansive lake views. It is an end unit with extra windows providing lots of natural light!
We've worked to create a space that provides all of the comforts of home. You'll have all kitchen equipment you need to make a gourmet meal, or enjoy one of the fantastic restaurants just a couple of minutes away in downtown Osoyoos.
There are 2 dedicated underground parking spaces to keep the car from the sun or the snow.
