4 Bedroom House in Bass Lake

This is a beautiful lakefront home on the shore of Bass Lake.
We are moving to primarily rent through Air Bee n Bee: Bass Lake Waterfront Gem.
Approx. 3200 sq ft. The large family home is completely furnished, with plenty of parking, decks, and a landscaped yard with a brand new 3-hole putting green. It is located within the boundaries of the Sierra National Forest, surrounded by tall pines. The lake is a joy to all who use it, as it is warm and clean with lots of recreational activities allowed.
The house is located 18 miles from the southern entrance to Yosemite Park. The nearby marina rents fishing boats, ski boats, party boats (pontoons), jet skis, wakeboards, and all manner of water toys. There are very nice restaurants, shops, and a grocery store and deli at the marina.
THIS IS A PET FREE HOME AS THE OWNERS HAVE MEDICAL ISSUES WITH PET HAIR
We do keep the calendar up-to-date so check it out first. During the summer, the house rents for a 7-day period, Saturday to Saturday.
