4 Bedroom Cottage in East Jordan

60 feet of private frontage directly on highly desirable Lake Charlevoix. Beautifully decorated with family fun and relaxation in mind. Stunning views of lake, large deck (newly rebuilt 2019) directly overlooking South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. Excellent location for boating, fishing, water skiing and swimming. There is a firepit on beach, sand for kids to play, and natural stone fireplace inside. Fully stocked kitchen (appliances, dishware, glassware, utensils, pots / pans, etc.), Weber gas grill. HDTV, wireless Internet, central air conditioning, and washer/dryer. Professionally cleaned, no pets, no smoking. Relax and have fun by the water!

Winter fun too! The winter experience in Charlevoix county is distinctly different but also a welcome respite from home. You will note we are only 20 minutes from Boyne Mountain where you can ski, cuddle on a sleigh ride, enjoy the waterpark or refresh in the spa. There is great sledding in Boyne City at Avalanche Mountain, ice skating in Petoskey, and cozy restaurants and breweries all over. Additionally, there are some great trails for fat tire biking, snowshoeing and x-country skiing and of course ice fishing just a few feet off the deck. Winter is truly magical Up North vs. the winter you know in the cities and suburbs.
