Escape to the breezy shores of Lake Michigan at this polished and pristine, three-story home. Featuring an open, sunlit layout, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, and two covered and furnished balconies, this home has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The balconies offer guests breathtaking and unparalleled lake views from two bedrooms, including the master. The neighborhood beach is also a half block away for fun in the sun.
Neighborhood private beach accessible by stairs and tram, but please note that water levels and beach conditions change frequently. Some days there is not much beach while others there is quite a bit of beach. Some days you will find a large number of rocks while sometimes there is more sand than rocks. Depending on water levels or conditions, the stairs or tram to the beach may not be operational. With that said, the beautiful views will be available every day!

Blue Haven is conveniently located half a block from the lake with beautiful walks along the bluff and gorgeous sunsets. If this doesn't take your mind off things, then nothing will! Spend an afternoon exploring the shores of Lake Michigan at North Beach, a nearby park where you can lounge on the sand and splash through the waves in the summertime. Cooler months mean a more tranquil beach experience and peaceful sunset views. You will also be near the heart of Michigan wine country with many wineries within easy driving distance. This charming retreat is also conveniently close to many public beaches available in the area, so outdoor lovers will have plenty of places to choose from such as 1st Street Beach (four miles away), Newcome Beach (less than four and a half miles), Oak Street Beach (four and a half miles), and more!
