This home is at a great location on Caney Creek - close to the ICW & Sargent Beach, great fishing, restaurants and more! The home is on a huge lot, plus there are no homes across the creek, which gives it a lovely, private feel! Plenty of room for activities outside in the yard, covered patio for relaxing in the shade, swings under the house, comfortable patio furniture. The pier is equipped with fishing lights for night fishing and crab traps are provided as well - just bring your fishing poles and bait!
Inside, you'll love the immaculate interior that is fully stocked with all of essentials and then some! The comfortable living room has a pull out sofa bed and a smart TV. The kitchen has all of the kitchen essentials, a dual Keurig coffee pot with drip and pod options, koozies, and more! Guests have access to the laundry room as well. Wifi is also included. Both bathrooms are stocked with soaps, shampoo, conditioner, first aid and more.
