Three bedroom lovely homely comfortable static caravan with central heating and double glazing.
Privacy film on all side windows of the caravan, you can see out but nobody can see in during the day.
One double room, two twin rooms and a sofa bed in the living area sleeping 8 in total. The master bedroom has bedside lamps with two usb sockets in each lamp.
All bedrooms have 27” TVs
42” tv with sound bar in the living room
Gas fire in the lounge
Lovely modern kitchen with oven and grill, microwave, kettle, 4 slice toaster and fridge freezer. We have added an air fryer for your convenience. All cutlery crockery and all cooking essentials included….yes there’s a bottle opener and corkscrew!
Lovely spacious shower room.
A hairdryer is provided in the main bedroom along with an iron and ironing board, airers and a hoover, freshly laundered fleece blankets are provided on each bed for your comfort.
The caravan is on a great pitch as there is plentiful parking right out front of the caravan.

Summary: We went for the Clacton air show and was the last weekend before my daughter goes travelling. Had a great time The caravan was clean and tidy fresh bedding and the beds was made up. There was games consoles with games to play,leaflets for local attractions and takeaway menus in case you didn’t like the food at the boathouse All in all it was a great weekend and would stay again
