Ready for a relaxing stay in a gorgeous waterfront location? Come to our beautiful, fully restored brick farmhouse located on an historic farm in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. This spectacular home built in 1890 is both grand and welcoming with easy access to area attractions. Mountain views and nearly one mile of onsite access to the South Fork of the Shenandoah River await you. A truly outstanding property for those wanting gracious country charm and beautiful natural settings. Our farm provides a unique location for a memorable family reunion, small corporate retreat or an artists/writer’s weekend,. Please note that events which include more than ten guests staying at the property require a separate contract and additional fees will apply. You can surround yourself and your guests with the beauty and quiet of the Shenandoah Valley. The White House Farm is one of the most historical and interesting locations in Page County, a delight to all who visit. Want to hold a special event for a few of your closest friends? Booking our farm is the perfect way to reconnect, gain inspiration from natural beauty and have a great time cooking incredible meals in our chef-class kitchen. We have two Viking convection ovens, a large propane range and a lovely natural-light kitchen with plenty of space for you and your guests. Our fully landscaped grounds will be appreciated by horticulturalists and photographers alike with bulb gardens featuring heirloom and old-fashioned iris, daylilies, peonies and dahlias. Native trees and wildflower beds provide a sense of place to the farm and support our abundant bird species, as well as traditional landscaping thru out the residence grounds. Enjoy, the landscaped outdoor pool area, which provides a beautiful location to relax after a walk to the river along mowed paths through our native warm season grass and wildflower area. For outdoor enthusiasts, the White House Boat Landing is conveniently located within sight of the brick farmhouse, providing a great place to take out your canoe or kayak after a float trip down the Shenandoah River. Please note that neither weddings, nor other events which allow guests beyond our 10-person capacity limit, are included in the overnight rental price. We are glad to speak with you about our separate pricing structures to hold events at the farm. The farm also has a primitive campground and picnic area with a fire pit down on the banks of the Shenandoah. Please check availability first.
