Welcome to "La Dolce Beacha" a spacious brand new gorgeously furnished beach home located in Inlet Beach. This luxury vacation home is located only minutes from 30A and situated just steps to the neighborhood's private beach access. This beach home is perfect for a large family, or even a couples retreat, complete with sleeping arrangements for up to 8, 2 indoor family rooms, and an outdoor patio space with views for days. If you get tired of the amazing views from the King Suite located on the 2nd floor of the home you can head up to the spacious balcony where you can view the Gulf and gorgeous white sand dunes for days. You'll also be able to enjoy watching the game, or a late-night family movie on the 70" tv mounted outside on the upper deck. You are less than a 1 minute's walk to the private community beach access, where you will enjoy spending the day on the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! As if the home, views, and close beach proximity weren't enough, you will also be able to relax the day away poolside, at the community pool which is right across the street from the home! This home is located very close to 30 Avenue and is only a short bike ride away from many of the great shops and restaurants that 30A, has to offer!

Summary: The house itself was beautiful! The issues and the management that came with it was not. This house is actually owned by iTrip vacations which I did not know at the time of booking. On arrival, one person used the restroom and the whole house began to stink. It smelled like sewage. The management company told us to run the water and it should go away. For the most part it improved, but the house still smelled horrible for about 24-36 hours. Just something you would think they would take care of prior to guest arriving if they knew the house had been empty all winter. The first towel we pulled out to use appeared to have blood on it, so that was gross. On arrival, we only entered the main level and went out to dinner prior to our return. When we returned we went to our bedrooms and the air was not working on the second level. It was so HOT that when you walked into a room it knocked the breath out of you. We tried to turn the air off, but even with the unit off it continued to blast hot air. No one answered the phone or text line over night. Those two bedrooms were so hot they were unable to be used. The next day maintenance showed up and said it was an HVAC issue. HVAC guy finally arrived around 5pm and said the problem needed fixing but he couldn’t fix it that day, but he did remove some trash which made the air situation a little better. The management team was completely unhelpful and said “at least it’s not 100 degrees outside.” Burning up for more than 1/2 our stay.
