Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, Emerald Isle is a 17 story luxury high rise condominium. It is conveniently located within a short walking distance to Pensacola Beach Boardwalk Restaurants, Shopping, Water Sports and Fishing Pier. With an incredible view of both the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound. There are two pools, one is heated and a Jacuzzi on the beach side.
The Living Room and Master Bedroom each have floor to ceiling glass windows facing the Gulf of Mexico. Each have entry access to the balcony where you oversee the Beach Front and Pools/Jacuzzi.
Our 2 Bedroom/2 Full Bath Unit is located on the 14th floor, It features a private balcony with direct Gulf Views. One King size bed in the Master Bedroom with a Flat Screen TV. Two twin size beds in the Second Bedroom with a flat screen TV as well. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for extra accommodations. Balcony has a table that seats 6 chairs.

Summary: My daughter and I went to Pensacola Beach for Spring Break. The condo pool area was perfect (heated pool)! The condo balcony was perfect for each meal. The condo is spacious. Two bathrooms was a nice feature. The primary bed was soft and dipped to the middle. The best bed is in the 2nd bedroom against the window. The TVs were difficult to use, and the ones in the bedrooms didn’t work. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, which we did for most meals. There’s a wine fridge, air fryer, coffee pot, toaster, Keurig, and lots of pots and pans. There’s a number of spices, foil, parchment, and dish liquid. Bring more trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc. We couldn’t use the oven. It kept giving a faulty sensor warning. I’m not sure the unit had been thoroughly cleaned for the upcoming busy season. It wasn’t bad but could use the floors mopped(scrubbed) and vacuuming under furnishings. The shower heads need some elbow grease too. Don’t let it deter you though. We both said we’d stay here again.
