Positive: The experience was fine, but see what I did not like below.
Negative: 1. The location was misleading. It is not a scenic walk to Kyle Field. It is two miles away on city streets with heavy traffic. 2. There was no instruction on how to operate the TV. All I wanted was access to ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, and ESPN and I never was able to do so. This was very disappointing. 3. I would have appreciated a clock in the bedroom. Fortunately, I brought my own. 4. The bushes in the front and the tree next door in the backyard, both need alot of trimming. The lawn needed mowing when I arrived. In fact, the entire outside needed some "spring cleaning" to include washing the outside of the front door and windows. 5. The gate to the backyard needs to be repaired. 6. I do not think the air conditioner ever turned off. Is it supposed to run all day and night?
Summary: I had high expectations about the place, which quickly went down when I entered the driveway.
