Spacious, farmhouse-modern family home backing onto woods with lots of bedrooms, a large furnished basement, 2 kitchens, Japanese dry sauna, garage gym, and medium sized grand piano. Outside - a gorgeous deck with dining table surrounded by tall trees, a private stone patio and 1/3 acre of private landscaped garden. Perfect location, central McLean, 15 mins/6 miles to the Pentagon, 10m/4 miles to Tyson's Corner, 2 miles to Langley and McLean High Schools, 15 mins to DC. Long-term stays welcome!
The space
Walking through the front door there is a marble-floor foyer. To the left is a large, open-plan space with a grand piano next to a seating area with three leather chairs, a Restoration Hardware extendable dining table (seating 8-12) with honey-colored leather benches and upholstered chairs at each end. Beyond that, nestled in one of the two bay windows, is a cream sofa and a couple of black leather arm chairs, a great place to sit and chat, and gaze out over the back garden, the stream and the woods.
To the right of the foyer is a study with built-in bookcases on two sides, two large windows looking out over the driveway and front garden. And walking straight on from the foyer leads into the family living room with L-sofa and leather chairs with lamps, fireplace with TV above it. Behind that is the new kitchen with marble waterfall counter tops and walls, new 2-freezer Bosch refridgerator, gas cook top and an electric double oven, a farmhouse sink with appliances that include a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Ninja blender, a Nutribullet, a Cuisinart air fryer, and hand blender.
There is gym equipment laid out with mirrors in the garage, a walking treadmill with desk, a running treadmill, a Concept 2 rowing machine, a Schwinn bike and a bench with a few weights.

All parts of the house are accessible. Other than garage access for use of the gym equipment, the garage is not accessible for parking as there is space on the driveway for at 3-4 cars.
