Charmingly furnished with four-bedrooms and three-bathrooms, this beautiful townhome sits just a block from the beach and steps to every amenity Carlsbad Village has to offer. With 3100sf of indoor living space, a private two-car garage and two enormous 500sf patios for outdoor enjoyment and entertaining, this townhome is the ultimate family-friendly Carlsbad destination. We have 5 young children of our own ages 18 months to 10 years -- so we have every amenity you will ever need to entertain kids of all ages. Child-related amenities include: - Two child-themed bedrooms with Queen Beds and large TV's - 500sf Child-safe patio just outside family room / kitchen area - Pack-N-Plays (2) - Child Gates - Boy & Girl "Paw Patrol" toddler beds - Cabinet Locks & Outlet Plugs - High Chair - Children's utensils, plates, cups, etc. - Xbox One & WiiU on 80"TV - "Imaginarium" Train Table - "Frozen" Dollhouse - Piles of Kids Books & Toys - Infant Crib - Three (3) Strollers: Double, Jogging, Umbrella - Two (2) Wagons - Door Swing - Bed Rails - Ride-On Toys - Kiddie Pool - Water Play - Plenty of Beach Toys Our home has two separate family rooms, one on either side of the large gourmet kitchen. Both have brand new, comfortable, oversize furniture and their own A/V systems with surround sound and 80" and 70" hi-def TV's, respectively. The larger of the two family rooms also leads to the first of two large 500sf+ patios complete with separate dining and seating areas and ample play space for the children. In addition to DirecTV featuring every movie channel (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, STARZ, etc.), the home also has some wonderful audio-visual amenities like built-in Sonos speakers to project your favorite music throughout the house ... And the latest Xbox One and WiiU gaming consoles, as well as AppleTV, accompany the 80" Hi-Def TV in the main family room. There are new 50"-60" HI-Def TV's in all the bedrooms -- with the exception of the Master Bedroom which has a 75" Samsung TV with Sonos sound bar and AppleTV capability for the ultimate evening A/V experience. In addition to a Hi-Def 60" TV, the downstairs Guest Room is home to a new 27" Mac Desktop, wireless HP color printer and the fastest internet connection available. The downstairs patio is over 500sf and is furnished with a 6-person dining table with umbrella as well as comfortable chairs and couch with seating for seven Guests around the propane-fueled fire pit. The rooftop patio is just as large, features an outdoor dining table for 6 guests, as well as adjustable chaise lounges for soaking up the sun.
