The Cottage sits on a private tree lined one acre lot surrounded by nature. Although it's only 30 minutes from downtown Victoria, the city couldn't feel any further away in the beautifully rural and secluded neighbourhood of Deep Cove.
From hiking and biking trails, to gorgeous beaches, fresh produce farm stands and a gorgeous winery 2 minutes down the road; your days are sure to be filled with both adventure and relaxation.
Within the cottage, you won't have any trouble getting comfy, cozy and entertained. Although a kitchenette and not a full kitchen, you will be pleasantly surprised at how well equipped it is to suit all your cooking needs. With the air fryer oven you can air fry, roast, bake, dehydrate, broil and much more. You can also find a coffee maker, kettle, a waffle and grill maker, as well as many pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
All beds have been equipped with 100% cotton sheets and super soft pillows to guarantee a wonderful sleep. Treat yourself to a relaxing bubble bath or simply enjoy a hot shower in the luxurious bathroom.
Kick back and take in the clean and fresh country air in your private seating area. Watch the many species of birds come and go and listen to the soft sounds of nature all around you. Important things to note:
-The cottage sits at the very bottom of a gravel driveway. Due to the steepness of it and due to liability issues, we do not allow anyone to go down in their car. You will be given a designated parking spot on the street and you will have to walk down to the cottage (1 minute walk) We will provide you with a utility wagon to help bring your stuff down and if we are home, we are more than happy to load your stuff and bring it down for you in our truck (same for checkout)
-The loft is better suited for kids due to the very low ceilings. Although we have adults sleep there all the time, it is an important thing to note. Therefore, we have equipped the cottage with a very comfortable queen pull out bed if that is more comfortable for you.
