Welcome to Nautical Watch and to one of the best views the beach has to offer! This unit is the largest floor plan in Nautical Watch, of which there are only two this size on the Gulf. Since this is an end unit, you have unobstructed Gulf views from all the bedrooms, even the back primary bedroom. Enjoy watching the sunrise from bed and watching the sunset from the oversized porch with a constant breeze, only 3 floors up from the beautiful turquoise blue gulf. What is different about the front units at Nautical Watch is how close they are to the water...100 ft closer to the water than most condos in Panama City.
When you step into the suite, you will find an open living room kitchen combo with a wall of glass for optimal views of the gulf. The kitchen is fully equipped for the group chef to show their skills, but also have a view at the same time. The living room has comfortable seating and a flatscreen for movies at night with the family and friends. Additionally, the living room has a small wet bar with a blender ideal for cold concoctions and smoothies!
The main bedroom offers a brand new memory foam king-size mattress and an additional bunk bed and the bathroom is across the hallway. Upstairs, you will find a loft that has been converted into a second room. The loft offers excellent views of the gulf and as far east as the eye can see. Additionally, there is a queen-size bed and its own personal bathroom. The pullout couch will accommodate any additional sleepers.
Nautical Watch is located in a small 81unit Gulf-front complex on the East end of Panama City Beach and is geared toward a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. It is conveniently close to several top restaurants and grocery stores far from the madding crowd. You can park in front of the condo and walk up the stairs to your unit. Nautical Watch offers a pool that is heated in the winter months. The courtyard has charcoal grills for that perfect barbecue. The courtyard has all new sod and a new lighting system. Play some golf at one of many expert golf courses in the area, including Bay Point and Signal Hill. Enjoy some local fishing or launch your boat at nearby St Andrews State Park which is a short distance from the condo. Many local attractions are within a short driving distance, so there is fun for the whole family and wonderful memories to be made here! And the sunset views are priceless!
