This completely remodeled, first floor condo (with private patio) is the perfect oceanside getaway. Come and relax in a tropical retreat that features all the comforts of home. Whether you want to enjoy a day at the beach, cool by the pool, or fish on the pier out back, you're sure to have plenty of ways to enjoy the Florida sunshine.
This condo is the definition of cozy and is sure to make it easy to relax ad have fun. The Spa-like shower has dual shower heads, high-end tile and a frameless glass enclosure. The updated kitchen has all new granite, glass tile backsplash and all new appliances. The master bedroom features a memory foam mattress and pillows, along with a flat screen tv and plenty of room for your belongings. The living room features a brand-new memory foam sleeper sofa, along with a new recliner and smart TV. There's also a connected Bluetooth sound bar for watching movies with surround sound or for listening to music. The oversized den features a brand-new futon with an 8" mattress that will accommodate 2 people comfortably. Out back there's an enclosed private patio that has a table with 4 chairs and an umbrella, ready for you to enjoy your morning coffee or some evening wine.
ORNAMENT PROGRAM: Completely optional and fun program!!! We have a small Palm tree at the condo that lights up and has ornaments on it. Our guests have loved bring an ornament, take an ornament at our place. Feel free to write something on it fun for the swap! Again, this is not necessary and just a completely optional fun thing we do! :)
