Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Summary: Getting our keys and the information from the Vacasa office was easy. However, getting into the actual condo was not so easy. The parking garage is very large, and the numbered spots are not in sequential order so it was very difficult finding our assigned spot. Once we found it, it was very difficult to find the elevator to take us up to the second floor. Once we got into the condo, we found only one small bar of handsoap in the master bathroom, and none in the other bathroom, or in the kitchen. (We had registered four adults would be staying there.) There was also no shower gel in either of the bathrooms. The toilet paper roll in the guest bathroom was left with hardly no toilet paper on it, and a used washcloth was crumpled up in one of the drawers of the sink. The doorframe leading into the laundry room from the kitchen was very dirty on both sides, and had obviously not been cleaned. There were no paper towels or napkins, although there was an empty paper towel holder. There was one kleenex left in the kleenex box, and there were no spices provided; including salt and pepper. We did let Vacasa know immediately. Now, to be fair, the listing did not state those things were included. However, we have stayed at many vacation rentals, and there is always at least one of each of those for you to begin your stay. Pros: The master bed was comfortable, location was good, & sunsets were beautiful. However, all things considered, we will not stay there again.
